Refund policy

Due to my items being handmade and custom, I do not accept returns unless there are specific circumstances. Please reach out to me under the "Contact Us," if you have ANY issues with your order and I will do my best to make it right!

CASH BINDER CARE:

All binders require proper care in order to maintain their heat transfer vinyl (HTV).  Peeling can happen if the binder is exposed to direct sunlight (left in a window sill or car), moisture, or thrown in and out of a purse.  If you take great care of your binder, you can have it for years without any issues! But please feel free to contact me if you do experience any peeling with your binder.

CASH ENVELOPE CARE AND REPLACEMENT POLICY:

Handmade cash envelopes require proper care in order for them to last, especially when used daily.

*Please do not overstuff your cash envelopes or you risk the lamination separating from the cardstock.

*Always try to slide your cash into the cash envelopes and pull your cash out without fully extending the envelope to open it. By repeatedly extending the cash envelope all the way, you risk separating the lamination from the cardstock.

With proper care, your cash envelopes are built to last since I use a strong, high-quality 5 mil laminating product to create your cash envelopes. I also quality check every single envelope before it leaves my home and goes to yours - that way I know you are receiving the highest quality envelope possible!

I offer a 6-month guarantee with all of my cash envelopes. If you experience any separation or tearing in your cash envelopes within the first 6 months, please contact me with a photo of your envelope(s) and I will send out a one-time replacement. 

You will need to pay a shipping fee of $5 for your one-time replacement and I will provide a tracking # through USPS. If any additional envelopes need to be replaced subsequent to the one-time replacement, you are responsible for purchasing those envelopes separately.
